With a quiet location, it's a good price for this place. The venue provides an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a sofa bed. The place is right by local ski area, shops/restaurants and Sauze d'Oulx.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the ski lift and slopes. The staff here are friendly and the rooms are lovely. 🎿

Spacious apartment, equipped with everything: washing machine, dishwasher, and even an oven! Close to shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and arranged taxi and ski passes for me.
Oh, and how delightful it was to not have hot water in the afternoon! Just what I needed after a long day of skiing.

the location was ideal, as it was close to the lifts and only a short walk from the shops and restaurants. the mini bus service was a real bonus, especially for families or anyone with kids. the breakfast provided good value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Cons: All was good! 😄.

Residenza Du Parc was a great value for money with a spacious and clean apartment. The staff was extremely helpful and arranged taxi services and ski passes for us. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants yet in a peaceful area.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a greater variety of options.

Explore This apartment is amazing! It's cozy and feels just like home. The sofa is super comfy, perfect for snuggling up with the family. The electric kettle is handy for those morning coffees. And oh, the balcony! It's a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Plus, having a kitchenette and microwave makes it easy to whip up quick meals. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. We absolutely loved our stay here!
The only thing that I wasn't too keen on was the seating area on the balcony. It was a bit small for our liking.

I recently stayed at Residenza Du Parc for a ski trip with my family and couldn't be happier with our choice. The mini bus that takes you to the lifts was incredibly convenient, especially with young kids in tow. The breakfast was a great value for the price and had a good variety of options. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. And let's not forget about the comfy bed - after a long day on the slopes, it was pure bliss to sink into! Highly recommend this hotel.
